Features of agro-food chains formation in foreign markets

The article is devoted to the study of peculiarities formation agri-food chains in foreign markets and calculation value added losses export-import operations agri-food. It established that share agricultural sector GDP Ukraine 10.2% at lowest per employee 4801.4 dollars. USA. estimated 2010–2019, structure Ukraine's exports, products provided 19% exchange earnings 2011 40% 2019, which evidence strengthening export positions studied economy markets. was revealed 2019 44.3%, or 22.2 billion US, increased by compared 2018, while total exports from country during this period only 6%. determined plant 58%, commodity largest falls on cereals - 74%, as well oilseeds 20%. concluded food 2010–2019 formed raw materials, processed sunflower oil, poultry meat higher than grain. Threats functioning supply caused COVID-19 pandemic government actions world ensure security are systematized. substantiated trade rational, materials predominate supplies markets, technically complex dominate imports. balance goods services negative amount 3.7 dollars, but improved 2.5 relative 2018 figure. order achieve a positive it necessary stimulate development industries, ie with high value. analyzed increase leads shortfall added, and, consequently, state budget loses significant revenues form tax (processed subject VAT its exports), profit, duty (rate 18%, for live farm animals). found imports dominated group "finished products" (45%); second position occupied origin, 31%; third animal whose about 18%. suggested support instruments, such refunds, should be used value-added industries.
